A young child's positive mental health is dependent on many factors that may be influenced by settings, environment, caregiving, and temperament. This course will examine successful strategies  for promoting positive mental health in young children based on both practitioner experience and recent research. This course includes tips and tools for helping practitioners embed practices which will promote positive mental health in young children.

You can register for The Six Keys: Strategies for Promoting Children's Mental Health in Early Childhood Programs for $80 to attend all 12 hours or register for each 2 hour session separately for $15/ each. Twelve clock hours and CEU's are provided when registering.

These are MNCPD approved courses through the Center for Inclusive Child Care. Special training to teach this course is needed and has been met.
